Rainy days are different from normal school days. I can smell the freshness, in the air and the sky is ready to change its color. For students, rainy days can bring joy, playfulness, boredom, and quiet thinking like a poet- all at the same time.

 Rainy Day Paragraph for Class 1-2

Rainy days make me happy. When I wake up and see rain outside, I feel a little lazy and a little smile of joy. The sound of raindrops makes me feel calm. The sky remains grey. Sometimes I wear my raincoat. I love to dip my school shoes in small puddles or even jump in them because it is raining. The birds sitting calmly on the trees get wet. The trees also look clean and green. I enjoy watching the rain from my window and love to have some snacks with me. A rainy day is never painful for me. I love rainy days.

A rainy day always swings my mood when I am touched by a cool breeze. When the rain starts falling, I feel cool and  fresh. My mind wants to run away from the classroom and stand under the sky where I can touch the raindrops., During recess, we talk about the rain and plan for a game. After school, I like to sit near the window with a cup of hot milk. A rainy day makes me feel refreshed and happy.

In class, my attention get distracted as my mind travels to the world of clouds and rain. After returning home, the rain changed my mood. It is more relaxed and thoughtful. I can also spend my time at home with my family. I love rainy days as I can get the time stuck to a point where I can draw my dreams on a big canvas.A rainy day teaches me to enjoy the simple moments of nature.
